Staff Development Specialist/ QA.

Location: Tucson, AZ
Shifts: 9a-5p


Under the direction of Danville Services of Arizona’s LLC (Danville’s) State Director, or designee, the Staff Development Specialist/QA coordinates the region’s training curriculum, including online courses, and monitors quality assurance (QA) processes and data for programs, administrative and direct support professionals, and clients receiving services. The Staff Development Specialist/QA encourages and supports all staff to assist clients to have their desired quality of life, to have joy, relationships, and celebration in their lives.

This positon will require: Must have at least two years of experience with AZ licensed residential settings, Excellent working knowledge of AZ DHS and DDD monitoring regulations, Experience conducting fact findings, Proficient in authoring Positive Behavioral Support Plans, Able to work flexible hours to conduct home audits, Training background, Current AZ Driver’s License, Level One AZ Fingerprint Card, A working knowledge of EHR is helpful and must be proficient in Excel.
