Danville Services of Oregon has openings for Community Attendants (CA).  Contact us for shifts and hours available we have Full Time and potential Part Time Positions, including Flex

CA’s support individuals to achieve their desired quality of life.

CAs provide direct support services benefiting adults who experience traumatic brain injuries with co-occurring mental health needs. Our Person-Centered approach helps each person we support to achieve their wishes, dreams and desires leading to optimal health and happiness.

CAs support people as needed to develop and maintain relationships, participate in social activities, plan and participate in daily leisure activities and accomplish essential activities of daily living (i.e. taking medication, domestic chores, grocery shopping, banking, meal preparation, laundry, and possible light assistance with ADLs.) Danville offers online access to all documentation, including on-going chart notes, medical and medication administration records, etc.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma/GED and at least 5 years of prior paid, professional experience as DSP, in memory care, TBI, substance abuse or mental health licensed or certified program. OR

AA degree and at least 3 years of prior paid, professional experience as DSP,  in memory care, TBI, substance abuse or mental health licensed or certified program OR

BA/BS degree and at least one year of prior paid, professional experience as DSP, in memory care, TBI, substance abuse or mental health licensed or certified program
