$11.50/hour **Wage increase possible after 12 weeks, if eligible.**

We take client-care education seriously; part of that philosophy includes the ongoing support and continued training of our Direct Support Professionals. We are looking for a Direct Support Professional/Quality Assurance Assistant that embraces those ideals, and loves bringing joy to others.

The Direct Support Staff/Quality Assurance Assistant (DSP/QAA) is responsible to provide exemplary and routine Direct Support. The DSP/QAA maintains and advocates client satisfaction of services with Danville Support Staff through role-modeling and training. The DSP/QAA reports observations from file and onsite audits to their supervisor. This position requires a flexible, full time schedule, performing varying assignments, commuting between programs and assignments which include overnights and weekends under the supervision of the Staff Development Assistant.
